We define scope, and work with stakeholders plan the work involved, set up cross functional teams and lead a number of expert workstreams to deliver change. We also set up project governance and define accountabilities early on, ensuring the governance board meets regularly. This gives key decision makers very clear visibility of progress and ownership of issues. It also allows project teams to be supported through timely interventions.
