Acquisition and integration management
We are able to provide full acquisition life cycle expertise. This ranges from being part of the due diligence team, synergy identification and challenge, SPA review, new world vision engagement. To setting up an integration management office (IMO) focussed on synergies, and building 100 day integration plans and functional deliverables. The governance process makes progress against plan and against synergies very visible, and allows focus on supporting the teams, and on interventions where required
Management of Change
We have a proven structured methodology for managing the risk of complex changes through identifying areas impacted and putting action plans in place. These have been developed in complex and hazardous environments. They are based on identifying impacted areas, and building risk mitigation plans which are closely tracked. These are downside risks of disruption or interruption, as well as the risks of not achieving an upside. This methodology was recently used with great success on a change of operatorship project on a key piece of national infrastructure supplying 30% of Heathrow’s fuel and 10% of Gatwick’s fuel annually. It has also been used extensively during business divestments and acquisitions
